Information

For our customers safety and protection we attempt to prevent fraud activities.  Any orders processed may be subjected to have a verbal confirmation by phone.  Please make sure a valid phone number is entered during the checkout process.

Backorders

If your order contains a product that is listed as backorder, the entire order will not be shipped until the backorder item arrives in stock.

The backorder date stated is an estimated date only, so the order may be shipped earlier or later than this date.

Please beware,  if you place an order and it lists as being backordered, you are agreeing to wait for your order to come into stock then be shipped.

We guarantee that all orders will be treated equality and with high quality of service.  If you are not pleased with our service and/or product, let us know and we'll send you a RMA form. 

Return our product in same condition that you received it in and we will refund your money.  Shipping will not be reimbursed and you will be responsible to pay for return shipping.

All returns require an RMA form.  This process can take up to 30 days.



Payment Policy

 

Credit Card

We accept payments by Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express.  Our payments are secured using SSL and processed through Authorize.net.

PayPal

We accept payments through PayPal.  Please make sure you are in good standing with PayPal or you maybe subjected to further verification with us that could cause a delay in shipment.

PayPal e-Checks

If you pay by e-Check, we can not send your order until your check clear's with the bank.  This can take from 5 - 30 days to clear.  On average it takes around 15 days.

International e-Checks seem to take longer to around 15 - 30 days.

Refunds

All refunds will take from 10 - 30 days to process.  We will only refund your money if you have a logical reason why you want your money back.

Shipping Policy

 

Method

We ship all our orders through the United States Postal Service.  Our checkout system will calculate the best method of deliver cost vs time.  Most of our national orders will be upgraded to priority 2 - 3 day shipping.  International orders will all be sent First Class, unless requested a faster method.

Handling

All of our orders have a handling day of 1 - 2 days from date the order is placed.  We will try to get all orders sent next day of order placed but this is not guaranteed.  Our shipping days are on (Monday - Friday) unless there is a problem with the order placed.

Please note that if your shipping date is scheduled for Saturday or Sunday, we will ship the following Monday or Tuesday depending if Monday is a US holiday.

If you would like your order shipped on a Saturday, please contact us direction.  This will fall under expedited shipping.

Expedite

If you would like to expedite your shipment, please contact us and let us know before you place your order.

National Tracking

All orders shipping inside the United States have a delivery confirmation number that acts like a tracking number.  This can be provided to you if request, there may be a day delay before we can send the tracking to you.

International Tracking

All international orders have a customs form with a number that acts as a tracking number.  This number is used if there is a problem with your order in customs.  If after 15 days your order has not been delivered, please contact us and we will walk you through on how to get access to your order with your customs department.

 

Fraud Detection

Orders may be subjected to a hold period of 1 - 10 days depending on the security risk calculated for fraud detection. The following might trigger an order to be put on hold:
     - Invalid Billing Information, Phone Number, Email address
     - Billing information does not match payment information
     - Large orders that exceed $200.00 (Please contact us if you wish to buy a large quantity, we do provide wholesale prices if your a retailer)

International (Outside the USA)

All international orders could be subjected to a hold period of 5 - 15 days depending on the security risk calculated of a fraud transaction.

Shipping will take roughly 15 - 25 days depending on your post office customs department.

We can not control the custom's office, they will periodically hold packages until the receiver contacts them.  We will help guide you on how to retrieve your package, it will be up to you to contact your local post office.  If it has been over 15 days and you've not received your package, please contact us.

The buyer will be responsible for any fees the customs charge, there maybe taxes/duties on the package.  This we can not predict or control the customs department as each shipment is different.

Please read before ordering - pertains to international orders only:  Once we give/send the package to through USPS (United States Postal Service), the package becomes the buyers responsibility.  This is a standard for FOB shipping.  We will  provide the buyer with the package customs number to allow them to track their package on request.  The customs number will allow the buyer to see the status of the package, date shipped and current location.  We will not give any refunds for lost packages through the shipping process.
